Ulysses Ludwig – SharePoint Architect and .NET Developer (408.621.7659)
Owner and President of ExpertAssist LLC, Ulysses is regularly “out in the field” assisting clients with everything from SharePoint Design, Implementation, Upgrade, Migration, Training, and, of course, troubleshooting SharePoint. Ulysses has his roots in Accounting and Manufacturing software development but he prefers SharePoint and .NET development because he gets to work with all facets of a business from legal contracts management to assisting finance with 1099 repository to assist IT with training the SharePoint end users. When not holding webcasts or writing his blog at http://www.sharepointassist.com Ulysses likes to run, bike or swim and spend time with wife Laura, his toddler Jagger, and his newborn son Maverick.
Jason – Sr. SharePoint Architect and Consultant
Jason’s experience with SharePoint encompasses nearly every aspect, from architecture design, implementation, upgrade, migration, training, deep troubleshooting of problem systems, and management of environments. From working with SharePoint in its early days without all the bells and whistles, Jason’s expertise has roots with not only multi-tiered enterprise SharePoint farms for large technology and software development companies, state and local government agencies, and global enterprises, he has also implemented smaller environments customized for client needs. From adding in various third party tools and building out web applications to scouring through log files to find answers to issues, Jason has touched nearly every piece of a SharePoint farm. When not involved with the SharePoint world, Jason rebuilds old motorcycles, writes books for fun, take his “twin” Boxer dogs out and about, and spends time with his family.
Rick – Senior SharePoint Admin
As a seasoned IT Manager, Sys Admin, andDesktop Support specialist, Rick considers himself a true IT Generalist. He knows how to make things work and work well. Rick also maintains an extensive rolodex of the “right people” to get things done and he has maintained contact with the best people from all of his past positions. Other than Rick’s 1.5 years SharePoint experience, he is knowledgeable in IT Management, Windows Sys Admin, Documentation, creating solutions. Rick’s most recent experience has involved the provioning of small to medium sized farms for green solutions, high tech, manufacturing, and pharma client base.
Alex – SharePoint Admin
A posterchild of ExpertAssist’s effort to “grow” SharePoint admins, Alex, a former LAMP developer, has taken quickly to SharePoint administration. Since early 2011 Alex has jumped headlong into SharePoint and Microsoft technlogies in general and has learned everything SharePoint and beyond. Alex is one of the few ExpertAssist LLC employees who has had the chance to work in validated systems for our Pharma clients and along the way he has quickly learned PMP processes, ITIL, a little bit if .NET development, and general IT practices. Alex has also had the luxury of building and supporting both 2007 and 2010 farms and has spearheaded migration initiatives.
Amiya M.
Currently on a 1 year Contract at a large electronics manufacturer, Amiya works primarily with SharePoint 2007 and has a focus on .NET development. Amiya has contracting experience at over 20 silicon valley and India based clients in most verticals including manufacturing, software, and high tech. Amiya prides himself on his unique ability to troubleshoot problems and quickly implement not only a fix but a long term solution.
Mehar
Mehar is ExpertAssist’s offshore .NET developer working out of Pakistan. Mehar assists with development projects and does SharePoint research for the US team on an as needed basis. Mehar has been working with Ulysses Ludwig since mid 2008 and has even assisted with the development of the ExpertAssist Bulk Edit tools now available on our website.
