Founder and CEO, Ulysses is regularly out in the field assisting clients with all things tech. His expertise covers design and implementation, upgrade and migration, troubleshooting, as well as training. Although originally focusing on software development for Accounting and Manufacturing, Ulysses has broadened his talents to SharePoint and .NET development. This allows Ulysses to interact with all facets of a business, including Legal, Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR, IT, and end-user training.
Ulysses also holds webcasts and Q&A’s, as well as runs a SharePoint blog, http://www.sharepointassist.com.
On his free time, Ulysses likes to run, bike, swim, and spend time with his wife, Laura, and two sons, Jagger and Maverick.

Sam
SharePoint Administrator
Sam is a SharePoint administrator with a strong background in SharePoint 2003, 2007 training. Sam supports client application needs with InfoPath and SharePoint Designer based applications. Sam’s strengths come from understanding client needs and choosing the product to deliver accordingly. Sam is currently on a long term project at a bay area pharmaceutical.
SharePoint Administrator
Sam is a SharePoint administrator with a strong background in SharePoint 2003, 2007 training. Sam supports client application needs with InfoPath and SharePoint Designer based applications. Alex
SharePoint Administrator
Alex is a former LAMP developer and the poster child of ExpertAssist’s effort to nurture and develop SharePoint Administrators. He has taken quickly to SharePoint administration and has jumped headfirst into SharePoint and Microsoft technologies. Alex is one of the few ExpertAssist employees who has had the opportunity to work in validated systems for our pharmaceutical clients. He has quickly learned PMP processes and ITIL, as well as picked up some .NET development and general IT practices. Alex has also been fortunate enough to build and support both SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010 farms, and has spearheaded migration initiatives.
SharePoint Administrator

Aaron
SharePoint Administrator
Aaron is a .NET & VBA developer who has turned his focus towards SharePoint. Like Alex, Aaron has taken quickly to SharePoint administration and has had the good fortune of working with our pharmaceutical clients. Aaron has significant experience with SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013 branding efforts and has recently added SQL Server AOAG to his resume.

Jonathan
SharePoint Administrator
Jonathan is our first employee to come from an Electrical Engineering background. He started out by assisting with ExpertAssist’s day-to-day operations, but has now taken on a wide range of projects, from SharePoint builds, farm migrations, powerful out-of-the-box workflow solutions, third party application integration, end user and admin training, Office 365 and Windows Azure builds, and database conversions to SQL.
On his free time, Jonathan enjoys playing pick-up basketball and mastering the barbeque grill. He is also a huge craft beer enthusiast and is always seeking out new and unique creations.
